Dr. Karen Hutchins, a Belizean native, is a mentor whose life is reaching many worldwide.  Pastor Karen along with her husband, Bishop Norman E. Hutchins, are Co-Founders of Frontline Ministries in Dover, Delaware.  In 2015, Pastor Karen accepted her God given mandate to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and was ordained Evangelist and appointed Pastor.  She is devoted to the vision of the ministry and is actively involved in many aspects of the church, assisting her husband and supporting the community.  She has received many accolades including receiving her Bachelor of Biblical Studies, Doctor of Divinity, and the Senate Certificate of Recognition 2016 Amazing Stars Award.

Dr. Karen is the President of the Daughters of Destiny Women’s Ministry.  Her teachings inspire and challenge women to develop a strong relationship with God and with their families.  She is an anointed, uncompromising teacher of the Word of God.  Pastor Karen Hutchins is known as a woman of great wisdom; her love and compassion for God’s people – of all ages – is prevalent in all she does.

Karen Hawes, is a native of Baltimore, Maryland. She has been employed with the State of Delaware for over twenty years, and is currently a Special Education Specialist, coaching teachers, and developing strategies to improve the academic performance of Delaware’s students.  Her educational philosophy is understanding the importance of teaching the whole student, socially, emotionally, academically and spiritually.  

Ms. Hawes received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Wilmington University and holds two Masters Degrees in middle level education and school leadership.  Ms. Hawes has received numerous awards and certificates during her employ with the Smyrna School District.  She was selected as Teacher of the Year for her successful development and implementation of a behavior modification program in 2005.    

Karen Hawes is an ordain minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, operating in the gifts of the fivefold ministry since 1997.   Ms. Hawes is a mentor to our youth and women of today.  By the leading of the Holy Spirit, Ms. Hawes joined Frontline Ministries in 2018, and became a part of the Frontline Youth Department Ministry, Intercessory Prayer Group, and an instructor for the adult Sunday school.  In 2019, she joined the ministerial staff at Frontline and partnered with Dr. Karen Hutchins’ vision for KNS Institute.  Ms. Hawes is currently serving as the Assistant Director for KNSI, and her goal continues to be supporting our youth’s development as successful leaders in an ever-changing society.
